Providing access to these 'hard to find' resources is essential for legal scholars, practitioners, and researchers alike. Despite the range of digital resources that are now available, there are still some materials that are unnecessarily hard to find. By centralizing public domain materials into a manageable digital library, we are trying to provide better access to the precedents and other resources that continue to shape modern Australian trade mark law and practice.
